Roles of Coordinators ;
- in charge of one block of HDB flat.
- may have assistant helping you.
- make sure there is no other stuffs collected other than the things stated above like example: rubbish, if not will be scolded.
- Only need to stay at the ground floor of the block.
- Make sure on that day your handphone GOT BATTERY. because we will be communicating through phone.
- Make sure everything went smoothly.
- Make sure you know the blocks that you are assigned to.

On 9/4/10, the 2 CCA will be ALCC and Explorers' Club, there will be 66 people together, excluding our publicity members. On that day, publicity members will join the other cca to help out. [CONFIRM] Whereas, xueling's group coordinators will be helping out with sandy's group coordinators.

Manpower; (9/4/10)
There will be 66 people, on (9/4/10) we will be collecting newspaper from 6 blocks.
3 group ( other cca )= 11 people per block.[excluding our publicity members]
Each block, 16 levels. maybe 2 coordinators.
1 group , in charge of 6 levels (16th floor to 10th floor) ( go to the highest levels and slowly come down )
2 other group, in charge of 5 levels.(10th to 5th) (5th to 1st)
1 level, 10 houses.
